We will be publishing a list of attendees on the day of the conference. This will be shared with other attendees, and will contain your name and the organisation you represent. If you wish to opt out of this, please do so below.
Heart of Worcestershire College is registered under the Data Protection Act. The details requested are needed to provide the services offered. Dietary and Accessibility information will be deleted once the conference has taken place.
Applicants can request to check the data held, or can request to have the data deleted once the conference has taken place and is no longer required. If not requested, data will automatically be deleted within 12 months of attendance. Please email Peter Kilcoyne if you require data removal.
HOW College reserves the right to change the programme in the case of any unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to allocate delegates to their preferred workshop choices but this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations received via email to Peter Kilcoyne prior to June 20th will be given a full refund, later cancellations will be charged full cost. However in this situation places can be allocated to another member of your organisations staff. Please email Peter Kilcoyne in this situation.
